With the objective of optimising performances as well as bedding in and increasing its experience, ENAG has chosen to develop a real quality management culture.
The promotion of this process requires the definition of a quality policy. This is implemented by each person in the company who has the duty, depending on their responsibilities, to apply it, plan its development, to check its implementation, and to help it evolve.
This quality policy is set for three years with a certain number of objectives, which can be split into five major areas relating to the satisfaction of clients and other interested parties :
- Satisfying the requirements of our clients ;
- Satisfying profitability requirements ;
- Satisfying the fundamental expectations of staff ;
- Developing a partnership with suppliers ;
- Satisfying the requirements of the local authority.
Globally, the definition of our processes, the measurement of efficiency, and the permanent research for improvement of performance must give us a competitive advantage.
Progressively, in each of the five areas above, ENAG looks to position itself in relation to the best performers and to improve its positions.
